Rita C. Felde, CPA is the founder of Felde CPAs Group, LLC, an Evergreen, Colorado based CPA firm. She has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and tax practice. Rita’s tax practice emphasizes all areas of federal and state income taxes including estate, gift, and trust tax and planning. Rita’s focus on high net-worth families and entrepreneurial business owners helps seize today’s opportunities while offering solutions for the challenges ahead.

Rita recognizes the importance of involvement in the community and supports several organizations with her time and resources. Rita is a long-term member of the Blue Spruce Kiwanis Club and is the past treasurer of the Big Chili, Inc. Rita serves on the Governor’s College Invest Board of Directors.
