Sandy Swan has been in Real Estate for over 18 years and is a licensed broker in both Colorado and Florida. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and began her career as an educator, teaching at the University of Minnesota and the University of Hawaii. She is also a member of the Luxury Home Institute. With her background in education, Sandy prides herself on educating clients in the Real Estate process whether it is home-buying, selling, relocation strategies, commercial development or investment opportunities.

Sandy volunteers for the Evergreen Animal Protection League and enjoys horseback riding, gardening and hiking through the Colorado Rockies.
